How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. International shipping times vary by destination.
Do you offer a warranty on your items?
Yes, we stand behind our craftsmanship. All Tactile Turn products come with a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. If your item fails due to a production issue, we will repair or replace it.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unused condition. Please note that custom-engraved products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Will the Copper or Bronze items change color over time?
Yes, both Copper and Bronze will develop a natural patina over time as they react to the oils in your hands and the environment. This unique aging process gives each piece a distinct character.
Can I get a custom engraving on my order?
We offer custom laser engraving services for most of our products. You can select this option on the product page to add a name, date, or short message to your item.
